YardIQ is operated by Yard Pirate LLC. If YardIQ isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — monthly or annual. No explanation required.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout to look up your order and request a refund, or contact us through the support channels linked in your account and we'll take care of it.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Plans & billing inside the app. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep full Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
